Tyrell Gray
CCO and Co-Founder
Tyrell Gray graduated from Utah State University with dual Bachelor's Degrees in
Economics and Business Finance. Upon graduation, he managed his first business:
a flooring business that he and his partner took from a startup company to a thriving
company bringing in over $550,000 in sales annually. This was largely due to marketing,
innovative business ideas, and capturing market share through great products at
low prices.
Tyrell then moved into the financial arena working for a branch of HSBC - the third
largest bank in the world. As one of its account executives, he rose rapidly through
the ranks and quickly realized an affinity for real estate finance. He was recruited
from HSBC to manage a local mortgage company closing over $3,000,000 in real estate
during his first year alone. Tyrell was again recruited to appear as a guest speaker,
explaining the intricacies of the real estate and mortgage industries to several
local mortgage, seminar and financial companies.
Tyrell moved into real estate full-time in 2003 by building custom homes and developing
properties during the real estate boom experienced across the United States. It
was during this period that he partnered with Brad Hess and began investing in the
rapidly growing area of distressed properties. Together they developed a prolific
business model and were able to purchase over $150,000,000 in REO properties in
a two year period. Tyrell continues to use this proven model to help investors and
local residents stabilize the housing market and provide solid returns for investors.
