Todd Eaton
VP of Operations
Todd graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Business with an emphasis
in Information Systems. Todd started his first company at the age of 24. From his
experience as a business owner he became very interested in Database Implementation
and Total Quality Management. Todd realized early on in his career that attention
to detail, process management, and quality control were key elements to consulting
a business owner to successfully move a company from its infancy stage to maturity
stage.
While working for a small startup company in the technology industry early in his
career, which was later acquired by Intel, Todd wrote his first database for a startup
Health Insurance Company. That company went from $0 to 5.7 million in gross annual
sales over a 7 year period. A few years later Todd wrote his second database for
a startup company in the workers compensation market. That company started in the
basement of the owner’s home and went to $25,000,000 in gross annual sales in the
first 5 years of operation. Todd joined the company, while still in the basement,
and stayed with the company as the VP of Operations to reach 100,000,000 million
in Gross Sales.
Todd has always been interested in the Real Estate Market and opened his own mortgage
company in the early 2000’s. After learning the ins and outs of mortgages and foreclosures,
Todd wrote his third database for Go Invest Wisely. Todd joined the company as the
VP of Operations.
Todd has combined his infrastructure technical skills with Total Quality Management
principles and designed an operational management program that has taken companies
from their startup stage to annual gross sales of $100,000,000 + to selling companies
to Venture capitalist groups for 20 + million.
With more than 16 years of operational and management experience, Todd has developed
an astute knowledge for how businesses get bogged down with inefficiencies, miscommunication
and blurred focus – and how they can redesign for a faster, smoother, strategically
focused organization.Todd has designed, implemented, and supported multiple databases
for multimillion dollar companies in both the Real Estate and Workers Compensation
business sector.As an entrepreneur who has owned multiple business of his own, he
systematically and empathetically helps business owners set priorities and create
the balance they want between life and work.
