CEO and Co-Founder

Brad started his first company at the age of 21, which included designing a new product, acquiring the investment capital necessary to finance the company’s operations, contracting the overseas manufactures of the product and heading up the sales force for the company. After selling that company to an investor, he started his next company, which created enough capital to get him into the real estate business. He spent the next few years working with investors from all over the country. These investors would come to small workshops where Brad and his Partners would teach specifics on how they were investing in real estate. He became interested in the commercial lending aspect of real estate and decided to start his own commercial lending company, Hess Commercial Capital, Inc. Currently Hess Commercial Capital is owned and operated by Brad Hess to manage the holdings and assets for several companies Brad is associated with. Hess Commercial grew very quickly while managing a small commercial mortgage company (Hess Capital, LLC) which closed over $10,000,000 in loans in its first year of operation.

Brad now spends his time managing the daily activities of multiple real estate related entities including Go Invest Wisely, International Wealth Builders, Dynamic Financial Solutions, Junk House Riches, DBO Homes, and Pro Financial Services. The combined entities managed by Brad have purchased and sold more that $150,000,000 worth of real estate in the past two years.

Brad has participated in the creation of twenty-four real estate education courses offered from Dynamic Financial Solutions operated by Brad and his partner Tyrell Gray. Brad Hess, in an effort to offer quality opportunities to his ever growing customer base, will continue to expand his interests in different real estate investments and holdings.
